昨天晚上刷了一下TELUS账单APP ， 突然发现比平时多了点钱100多刀，平时每个月95刀（300m光纤 85加币，本来网费就贵！加税 12% ，加拿大这个收了纳税人钱养难民的圣母婊实在没办法）左右
账单里偷偷被加了Telus online Security服务，还尼玛10刀（虽然这个服务里面有安全 VPN 服务，但是老子玩技术的用你那破玩意吗？）！
当时就感觉生气，忍着到今天早上。
我在打电话骂他们，他们说系统error,下个月会返credit,
我电话里不同意，反问，系统错误和我有啥关系，你雇佣我帮你搞系统了吗？
要马上把账单多收费去掉…然后他们又去修改账单完成了，
我再进一步说，你们telus不告诉客户乱加服务收费的行为属于偷窃，
I moved to Canada , but I think Canada is a country can be trusted . also I think the big telecom company in Canada should be trusted . but actually your TELUS company did not ask for my authorization and without my signature to add extra service in charge money in my bill for profit , that’s a kind of behavior of thieves. Even in the developing country like china or India , the company will be punished for 10 times extra money . … you waste my time for 2 hours , should pay me credit for the time … if you don’t want to pay me credit , I will ask for my lawyer to sue you !
如果在美国甚至中国都会被10倍惩罚罚款，我给您们打个折，因为你们系统错误，浪费我两个小时时间， 赔我50credit,否则我找律师起诉，最後电话里representative找了他们经理，电话里答应我50 credit
账单果然马上改过来了，这次TELUS 偷鸡不成蚀把米!
华人虽然刚过来英语不太好，但是不要以为英语不好就可以随便对我们华人乱收费，好欺负，相反， 一旦惹了我们必须得到合理范围的最大赔偿！
华人最大弱点之一就是能忍耐，一步步忍耐，施暴者变本加厉，把自己被欺负得走向深渊， 别的地方可以，在加拿大甚至世界正常秩序范围内必须不行，否则你出国移民就没有意义了！
这样才好让我们华人在世界上不容易被忽视！
