申请枫叶卡renew ,CIC上 status 显示已经寄出（提示up to 6 weeks），且expiry date 已经有了， 和status updated date 显示了审批完成日期，这样含义应该是已经寄出，但是没有具体的寄出日期和Canada Post 查询单号。
CIC 上显示是不是必须有COMPLETED 的状态， 华人日报觉得不是这样的，上面的信息已经详细给出了expiry date和status updated date ，如果这个信息没有，代表枫叶卡没有最终批准，而且status 显示的是 “We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive.” 用的过去式这么简单的字眼很明显已经邮寄了
但是6周还没有收到这么办， 看CIC官网怎么说：

If you did not get your PR card before six weeks have passed
If you are waiting for your PR card, but less than six weeks have passed from the time the card was mailed to you, you must wait until this time has passed.

If you are waiting for your PR card and six weeks have passed from the time the card was mailed to you and you did not get it, you must complete a solemn declaration. Note: if 180 days have passed since the PR card was mailed, you will have to apply for a PR card, fill in section G (solemn declaration), and include the fee payment.

如果超过六周没有收到，填写个声明，传真/邮寄过去，申请重新寄是不需要花钱的，但是超过180天，那么需要重新付费。
当然也可以尝试拨打CIC电话问问 ：
移民局电话为 1-888-242-2100，拨通后按1选择英语，在听到提示音后，连续输入2-2-2-0后，所有的语音选项都会被跳过，直接进入人工服务。这样就进入waiting list。如果是加拿大电话拨打，还可以选择等待移民局回拨，这样就可以节约更多的时间。电话接通后确认一下是否已经寄出，寄到什么地址…
